General description

This MQuant^® Nitrite test (formally MColortest^®) is suitable for the colorimetric determination using the easy to use color card. The reagents are added to the sample, resulting in a color reaction. The concentration is determined by allocating the color to a value on a reference scale.This test also is suitable to quickly check for nitrite interferences prior to a nitrate determination with Spectroquant^® Nitrate in seawater 1.14556.
