Multicolor Duolink^® proximity ligation assay (PLA^®) is an application of the Duolink^® technologythat allows for endogenous, simultaneous detection of up to 4 protein interactions, post-translational modifications, or protein expression levels (including low abundant protein) in fixed cells and tissue samples.
