The PureEpi Chromatin Preparation and Optimization kit provides a complete set of reagents allowing the preparation of multiple chromatin samples from starting materials such as cultured cells or tissues. A detailed protocol is provided that includes examples of the many variables involved in making chromatin on multiple instruments and how they may affect ChIP results.
