General description

Sigma′s mirPremier microRNA Isolation Kit provides a rapid and efficient method for purifying and enriching miRNAs and other small RNAs from diverse biological sources, including mammalian cell cultures, animal tissues, plant tissues, and microbial cultures, without using hazardous organic extractions. microRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small RNA molecules, about 21 nucleotides (nt) in length, that regulate gene expression in a variety of manners, including translational repression, mRNA cleavage and deadenylation.
