RNA is undegraded and free of protein or DNA contamination according to the current Quality Control.After purification, many applications are possible:The DNA-free total RNA is suitable for northern blotting, in vitro translation, RNase protection assays, cDNA synthesis, or RT-PCR.The RNA-free DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, Southern blotting, or cloning.The denatured protein is suitable for SDS-PAGE and western blotting.
