Application

MILLIFLEX OASIS® R2A low nutrient media plates are used for the recovery of stressed heterotrophic plate count bacteria found in various types of waters, especially high purity water, Beer and Bottled Water. They are widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

General description

MILLIFLEX OASIS® R2A low nutrient media plates are ready-to-use agar-based media for convenient, rapid and reliable testing. These unique blue colour coded plates offer the control of critical handling steps all along the workflow in conjugation with the MILLIFLEX OASIS® system. They are manufactured and QC tested according to pharmaceutical industry requirements. The plates can be stacked and locked to ensure safe transportation and avoid accidental opening. The empty funnel tray can also be used as an incubation rack. If left unopened, the plates remain sealed unlike standard petri plates which reduces condensation and dehydration for an extended storage time owing to its long shelf life.
