General description

The SCIEX iChemistry^® CYP450 Peptide Standards Extended Panel Human Induction Starter Kit provides a complete package for the analysis of seven human CYP450 isoforms (1A2, 2B6, 2C9, 2C19, 2E1, 3A4, 3A5) using MRM analysis. The kit contains a detailed protocol, instrument data acquisition methods, processing methods, LC column, stable isotope-labeled synthetic peptide standards, trypsin, and all buffers and reagents for 100 assays.
