Very good chemical resistance, inert behaviour, high service temperature, minimal thermal expansion and high thermal shock resistance are among the properties of DURAN borosilicate glass 3.3. It corresponds to EP/USP Type 1 borosilicate glass for the pharmaceutical industry. The properties comply with the specifications of ISO 3585 and ASTM-E438-1992 Class A.
