Phosphate buffered saline has been used:as a cell wash solution in human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs)for perfusion studies in dissected brain samplesas wash solution for neurons culture cells sample preparation for immunofluorescence and immunocytochemical labellingas wash solution for ovary and sperm during in vitro culture and fertilization

Other Notes

When diluted to a 1X concentration, this product will yield a phosphate buffered saline solution with a phosphate buffer concentration of 0.01M and a sodium chloride concentration of 0.154M. The solution pH will be 7.4.
