Recombinant, mouse γ-interferon, consisting of 134 amino acids, expressed in E. coli as a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide. A multi-functional protein exhibiting antiviral and antitumor properties. Regulates the development of specific immune responses. Protects against bacterial sepsis in murine models.
