The Gluten Protein Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed for screening for the presence of gluten protein residues in food products, ingredients, clean in place (CIP) final rinse water and environmental swabs. Positive results are visualised by the presence of two lines; the test line and the control line, when gluten protein is present.
