Eppendorf µCuvette™ G1.0 (detailed below) can be used with all Eppendorf BioSpectrometer® series
The new Eppendorf µCuvette G1.0 is specifically designed to be used with the Eppendorf BioPhotometer™ and BioSpectrometer™ and features a light path that is ten times shorter than the light path on standard cuvettes. This allows high nucleic acid and protein concentrations to be measured using the µCuvette G1.0 and requires only 1.5µL of sample.
- Microvolume measuring cell for 1.5 –10 µL sample volumes
Can be used for:
- Concentration determination of nucleic acids and proteins
