Benchmark’s Roto-Therm™ incubated rotating mixer provides a wide range of mixing capabilities. Suitable for an array of laboratory applications including resuspension, protein binding, nucleic acid purification, histochemistry, hybridisation etc, the mixer includes interchangeable tube holders for accommodating all common tube sizes from 0.5 to 50mL. The motion can be adjusted from vertical (end over end) mixing, to horizontal (rolling or hybridisation style) mixing. For applications requiring temperature control, the Roto-Therm™ can be digitally programmed to maintain chamber temperatures of ambient +5 to 60°C and include an “in-lab” calibration function for ensuring accurate temperature control.
