Chemokine ligand 26/ C-C motif chemokine 26 (CCL26) is an eosinophil-selective chemoattractant that interacts with chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3). It plays a role in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis (MS). In the central nervous system (CNS), CCL26 is linked with an acute inflammatory response in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).

General description

Chemokine ligand 26/ C-C motif chemokine 26 (CCL26) belongs to the eotaxin family. This enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to quantitively measure the target protein in several biological samples, such as serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine, and/or cell and tissue lysates. The antibody pair provided in this kit recognizes human C-C motif chemokine 26.
