Application

Monoclonal Anti-HA-Peroxidase antibody produced in mouse has been used:in immunopreciptation and immunostaining of human member 9 of solute carrier family 38 SLC38A9 transfected in HeLa cellsin immunoblot detection in transfected A375 cellsis suitable for immunoblotting of nucleosome assembly protein NAP1L1

General description

The mouse monoclonal Anti-HA-Peroxidase antibody recognizes native and denatured-reduced forms of the HA-tagged proteins. It also reacts with the N- or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins expressed in E. coli and mammalian cells.

Influenza A virus, a RNA virus, encodes two surface glycoproteins, hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA). HA stalk domain based epitope region antibody is effective in neutralizing divergent influenza virus strains.

Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to a fragment of human influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) known as HA-tag, conjugated to KLH

Physical form

Lyophilized from 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin and 0.05% MIT.

Preparation Note

Reconstitute in .5mL of distilled water.

Specificity

The antibody recognizes native as well as denatured-reduced forms of HA-tagged proteins and is reactive with N- or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins expressed in E. coli or in mammalian cells.
