The HI-981031 beer tester for pH is an accurate, compact solution for the measurement of wort, mash and beer in both commercial and home brewing environments. This handheld beer tester features a flat glass tip for the measurement of liquids and semi-solids, in addition to a rugged titanium body to protect the electrode and provide consistently accurate readings when brewing. This beer and mash tester has a single-button operation for all measurements and calibration, allowing for the fast and easy measurement of beer. A clear LCD screen displays the results of testing within a 0.05pH accuracy range at the recommended room temperature.
