These PCR tubes are moulded from virgin polypropylene in a UK-based Class 7 ISO certified cleanroom production facility, and comply to the same stringent requirements as the FrameStar® range. They are recommended for low to medium throughput applications.
- Free from DNase, RNase, human genomic DNA, and endotoxin/pyrogen
- Ultra-smooth, uniform, thin-walled polypropylene tubes for optimum PCR and real-time (RT-qPCR) results
- Standard 0.2mL (200µL) working volume, with a 0.3mL (300µL) total well capacity when used with sealing options
- Individually numbered tubes
- Suitable for all standard 0.2mL block thermal cyclers
- Can be cut into sections
- Available without caps (PCR1130), with strips of domed caps (PCR1126) or flat optical sealing caps (PCR1138)
