General description

Penicillin G, sodium salt; streptomycin sulfateSensitive organisms: Gram-positive bacteria (penicillin) Gram-negative bacteria (streptomycin) Stability:Penicillin: 3 days Streptomycin: 3 days in media at +37 °C

Penicillin (Penicillin G) inhibits bacterial growth by inhibiting peptidoglycan synthesis. Streptomycin belongs to the family of aminoglycoside antibiotics and inhibits bacterial growth by inhibiting protein synthesis.

Cytotoxic concentration: 10,000 IU/ml penicillin, 20 mg/ml streptomycin
