Application
Fumaric acid has been used as a standard for the quantitative determination of phenolic compounds in nettle samples by HPLC. Fumaric acid may be used in the preparation of L-Lysine-fumaric acid crystals. It may also be employed for the industrial manufacture of synthetic resins and eco-friendly/biodegradable polymers.
