The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.

Preparation Note

Dissolve 40 g of the powder in a litre of distilled water, heating if required. Distribute into suitable containers and sterilize in an autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
