Application

This iTRAQ application kit for plasma provides iTRAQ reagents and protocol targeted specifically for plasma workflows. Cysteine blocking reagent is not included. Trypsin is sold separately.

General description

Contains sufficient reaction solutions and iTRAQ^® Reagents 114, 115, 116 and 117 for 8 duplex or four 4-plex experiments based on 50 µg of protein per sample.
