The Scotsman® AC series of self-contained, undercounter ice makers produce unique, thimble shaped cubes which are very hard and very pure. Supercubes are made by spraying the water upwards into a supercooled inverted mould. Inverting the mould ensures that any sediment or impurities in the water are removed by gravity, leaving only pure water which creates a crystal-clear cube which is very hard with a slow melt rate.

- All models require a 13amp single phase power supply and plumbing to a filtered water supply and waste
- AC EcoX range operates on R290 (Propane) natural refrigerant which has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) value of 3 or less making them makers fully compliant with both current and forthcoming F-Gas regulations
