The Astell 72kW steam generator is our most powerful stand alone system. It can be used with our autoclaves and sterilisers, or to provide a direct steam supply to laboratory facilities operating in the pharmaceutical, medical, food and beverage industries. Astell steam generators were originally designed with sterilisation in mind, making them ideal for autoclaves or other equipment that requires instant steam in short, high peaks with quick regeneration. They are also great at providing either warmth or sterilisation to cell cultures; perfect for use with media preparators, bioreactors, fermenters, and as a heat supply in bioengineering facilities. Astell steam generators are manufactured with stainless steel pressure vessels and optional stainless steel pipework, which eliminates the contamination associated with mild steel/copper systems.
