WTW IDS – the ConceptIDS is a concept from WTW that provides intelligent digital sensors for pH, Conductivity and Dissolved Oxygen which can then be used on IDS meters. All sensors have a unique identification and are automatically recognised by the meter and digital processing of the signal within the sensor provides high accuracy. The key advantages of WTW IDS are:

• Flexibility- The function of the meter is decided by the electrode connected
• Interference free conversion of measuring signals into data within the sensor
• All sensor, instrument and user data is available for automatic documentation
• Calibration data is independently stored in the sensor

IDS digital sensors automatically store their unique serial number and calibration data and process signals digitally to ensure data integrity and limit interference. A QSC function (Quality Sensor Control) monitors the condition of IDS electrodes and displays this as a graphic symbol on the screens of the InoLab meters
