Advanced upright microscopes for transparent samples from natural sciences. Sections, smears and native transparent samples are displayed by high-quality Plan Achromat objectives. • The BA210LED optics are based on CCIS® EC Plan Achromatic objectives for transparent samples from education or small labs. The N-WF 10X/20 eyepieces provide a fast sample overview, with a maximum ease of use in adjusting the eyepieces to an individual eye sight.
• The BA210LED microscopes feature a 3W LED illumination system in a Fixed Koehler setup. A high-quality condenser with NA 1.25 enables the visualisation of weakly or non-stained samples.
• The traditional stage with slide-holder enables a safe and long-term x/y scanning. BA210LED’s hard-coated stage is designed for a rough usage in daily work. A coaxial coarse/fine focus with tension adjustment and 2µm minimum increment allows a smooth focusing.
• The BA210LED Series allows choice between positive and negative Phase contrast, a rare option in microscopy. While the positive version is the established standard, some users prefer the negative version. Polarisation contrast and Darkfield (up to objective N.A. 0.65) are easily verified options.
